系所簡介|Introduction
國家為配合高科技產業現況,秉持學用並重及人文科技之理念,全力栽培本系所學生具備電通專業技術及人文關懷素養,以成為資訊與通訊領域之全方位人才。本校資訊學院於2001年創立電腦與通訊研究所、2002年成立四技日間部、2005年成立進修部。本系教師共同努力之目標,是使本系成為培育微電腦應用、通訊工程與電子電路三大專業領域人才的搖籃;教導學生就業與升學所需的本位能力並提供學生快樂學習的完善環境。本系課程以實作為主,理論為輔。目前在校實習與畢業生分布於台積電、聯發科、華碩、盛群、日月光、國巨、華泰…等科技公司,並與台灣區電信工程工業同業公會及高雄市電信器材商業同業公會共同推動「電信技術人才就業計畫」。選擇樹德科大電通系、百萬年薪不是夢。
本校資訊學院於2001年創立電腦與通訊研究所,並與本院資訊工程系及資訊管理系分工與整合,以期培育出專業的通訊相關人才,進而提昇整體通訊產業競爭力。自2002年成立四技日間部一班,2005年四技日間部增為兩班,並新增夜間進修部一班,迄今維持不變。為配合系所發展目標,課程規劃著重學生專業知識、實務技能、創意精神及團隊合作的培養及訓練,期能建立專業之基本素養與核心能力,並符合專業特性、產業發展及學生特質需求。本系教學目標特色,在於透過本位課程規劃及管考傳授理論知識;透過專題製作、參賽、專利寫作與職場實習,培養學生創意精神及團隊合作的態度,使本系成為南部科技大學中「微電腦應用」、「通訊」與「電子電路」之專業技術人才培育的搖籃,並培育學生具備未來職場就業所需的本位能力。
The country, in line with the current state of the high-tech industry, upholds the philosophy of integrating academic knowledge with practical application while emphasizing both humanities and technology. It is fully committed to cultivating students in this department to possess expertise in electronic communications and a strong sense of humanistic concern, aiming to develop them into well-rounded professionals in the fields of information and communications.
The College of Informatics at our university established the Graduate Institute of Computer and Communication in 2001, followed by the launch of the four-year daytime program in 2002 and the establishment of the continuing education division in 2005. The collective goal of the faculty is to make this department a cradle for nurturing professionals in three major areas: microcomputer applications, communication engineering, and electronic circuits. The department strives to equip students with essential competencies for both employment and further studies while providing a comprehensive and enjoyable learning environment. The curriculum is primarily practice-oriented, supplemented by theoretical instruction.
Currently, our students and graduates are employed at leading technology companies such as TSMC, MediaTek, ASUS, Holtek, ASE Group, Yageo, Macronix, and others. Additionally, we collaborate with the Taiwan Telecommunications Engineering Industry Association and the Kaohsiung Telecommunications Equipment Business Association to promote the “Telecommunications Technical Talent Employment Program.” Choosing the Department of Electronic Communications at Shu-Te University means that a million-dollar annual salary is no longer just a dream.
The College of Informatics at our university established the Graduate Institute of Computer and Communication in 2001. In collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering and the Department of Information Management, we strive to cultivate professional talents in communications-related fields, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the communications industry.
In 2002, the department launched its first four-year daytime class, which expanded to two classes in 2005, alongside the addition of a night-time continuing education program. This structure has remained unchanged to this day. To align with the department’s developmental objectives, the curriculum emphasizes the cultivation and training of students’ professional knowledge, practical skills, creativity, and teamwork. It aims to establish fundamental professional literacy and core competencies tailored to industry trends, professional characteristics, and student needs.
The department’s educational approach is characterized by a curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with assessments. Through project-based learning, competitions, patent writing, and workplace internships, students develop creativity and teamwork skills. As a result, our department has become a leading institution among southern Taiwan’s technological universities in training professionals in “microcomputer applications,” “communications,” and “electronic circuits.” We are dedicated to equipping students with the essential competencies required for future career success.
目標、特色與系所務發展特色|Objectives, Features, and Departmental Development Characteristics
本系明確定位為「教學為主、研究為要」,以學生為本位,迎合專業技術人才之產業需求與未來趨勢,系所之發展目標、特色條列如下:
(1) 教學目標特色:能配合當前產業發展現況及人力需求,明確以培育微電腦應用、通訊以及電子電路等三類相關務實致用之人才為本系教學目標。
(2) 課程規劃特色:透過課程委員會,納入業界委員以及畢業校友建議,訂定本系三大學程規劃,依序為「微電腦應用學程」、「通訊學程」以及「電子電路學程」。
(3) 師資結構特色: 本系師資的聘任專長以符合系上三大學程發展為主,聘任助理教授以上師資,並具業界實務經驗及相關實務證照。
(4) 教師成長特色:跨領域組成COSP團隊(通訊、光電、信號處理團隊),由資深教授帶領團隊成長,提升教師實務專長,並訂有教師研究績效獎勵辦法。
(5) 教學品保特色:依學生特質、基本素養與核心能力培育目標,具體規劃與整合資源,制訂有效協助學生學習之策略,鼓勵學生積極運用學校及系所提供的資源。
(6) 專業發展與產學合作特色:因應發展目標及特色、教師的產學合作、技術開發、專業服務表現與學術研究,均具體成效,並能提供學生實習機會,發揮實質效益。
(7) 實務課程創意訓練特色:為有效提昇本系學生實務能力,訂有專題製作辦法及專題競賽辦法,安排有3學期之專題製作及高科技專利攻防課程。
(8) 學生成就與職涯發展特色:學生證照與專利取得比例高、校外專題競賽得獎表現優、升學管道暢通、畢業學生相關職場工作比例高、就業率高。
